Statement on COVID-19

The safety of people and mitigating the spread of the coronavirus in our communities are our top priorities. We have instituted the following policies and procedures:

  • All employees have transitioned to a temporary work from home schedule.
  • All non-essential travel by Forrester employees is currently suspended. We are using virtual technology to stay connected to and deliver value to our clients. Where virtual is not an option, we are working with clients on creative solutions.
  • The upcoming CX North America will be a virtual, interactive experience with no in-person attendance. All other conferences remain as scheduled. If cancellations are necessary, attendees will be informed immediately, including virtual options.
