Statement on COVID-19

The safety of people and mitigating the spread of the coronavirus in our communities are our top priorities. We have instituted the following policies and procedures:

  • Most employees have transitioned to a temporary work from home schedule with limited office access. If you are planning to visit one of our offices, please check with your host ahead of time.
  • All non-essential travel, including all international business travel, by Forrester employees has been suspended. In cases where travel has been restricted, we are using virtual technology to stay connected to our clients.
  • All Forrester conferences are being held. The upcoming CX Sydney Forum and SiriusDecisions Summit 2020 will be virtual, interactive experiences with no in-person attendance. All other conferences remain as scheduled. If cancellations are necessary, attendees will be informed immediately, including virtual options.
  • Cleanliness and social distancing protocols are being observed in all offices.
