We benchmarked the usability and functionality of the mobile apps of five banks in Hong Kong: Bank of China, Bank of East Asia, DBS Bank Hong Kong, HSBC, and Standard Chartered Bank. HSBC ranked the highest in our Forrester Wave™ evaluation, but Bank of China and Standard Chartered are close behind.
