Andrew McInnes is a CX industry veteran with experience spanning consulting, marketing, and sales leadership. At Strativity, he is focused on building relationships and results with clients and partners. Prior to Strativity, he spent five years at a leading CX research and technology company and five years in Forrester’s CX research practice, where he led the firm’s research in the areas of customer journey mapping, voice-of-the-customer, and voice-of-the-employee programs.
