Bob Kanzler leads RSM’s Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice for the east coast and is the national leader of our Dynamics Not for Profit practice. Prior to coming to RSM US LLP, Bob had 15 years of business analysis and development experience. Bob focuses on client strategy, with a recent project on ‘Membership Engagement and Improved Experiences’, highlighting much of his passion around Not For Profits. During his career, Mr. Kanzler he has developed application and thought leadership for the transportation intermodal industry, retail, education (including special education), leasing and financial industry, in addition to the NFP space. Prior to coming to RSM, Mr. Kanzler was responsible for all intranet applications for a medium sized insurance company. During that time he was recognized with the “World Class Customer Service Award”.
