Principal Analyst, Forrester

Conrad has worked in B2B technology marketing for over 20 years, at a mix of large enterprises and smaller organizations. He’s worked across a range of marketing disciplines including strategy, branding, content, digital, and PR with his core expertise in demand generation.

Prior to joining Forester, Conrad led marketing at Mastek, where he was responsible for rebranding the company and driving an awareness-building strategy which saw the company win UK IT Vendor of the Year and gain recognition from the UK Prime Minister’s office.

Prior to that, Conrad spent 10 years at Xerox, where he led the European enterprise marketing team and took a leading role in transforming Xerox’s demand generation strategy, successfully leading the global deployment of marketing automation and various regional ABM initiatives.

Conrad holds a post-graduate degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of Bath and diplomas in marketing from both the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM).
