David Ensing provides research design consultation to MaritzCX clients, facilitates continuous improvement of existing studies and manages the company’s automotive studies. He has nearly 20 years of experience conducting and overseeing customer experience programs, primarily in the automotive sector. Previously, David held several positions including Vice President of Voice of the Customer Integration and Senior Strategic Consulting Director at MaritzCX. David completed Doctoral and Master’s Degrees in psychology from Bowling Green State University.
