Ellen Needham is the Director of Customer Insights & Innovation at Patagonia; she leads a team responsible for using customer insights to inform decision-making, designing customer-centric experiences, and managing the company’s Voice of the Customer program. Her team collaborates with groups across Patagonia, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Quality, to deepen their understanding of Patagonia’s customers. Ellen lives in Reno, Nevada, spends her free time trail running, and recently completed her first 50K ultramarathon.
