Director Care Analytics - Customer Experience and Strategy, Samsung Electronics America

Koga leads the Customer Care Analytics organization at Samsung Electronics America where he is responsible for the CX Program implementation as well as generating insights to positively impact customer Experience. He brings extensive knowledge in the consumer electronics industry after working at different services roles at Nokia and Microsoft and he also held a series of strategy and consulting roles earlier in her career at Accenture.

Koga prides himself on being very analytical and by connecting the dots across different parts of the customer journey. He is truly passionate about performing deep dive analysis to find the optimal spot between positively impact customer experience, and bringing positive ROI to the company.
