Senior Manager of Customer Success, People.ai

Ian is currently a Senior Manager of Customer Success at People.ai, the only Revenue Operations and Intelligence (ROI) platform. Prior to joining People.ai, Ian ran go-to-market strategy for a seed-stage venture capital firm, consulted on sales process re-designs with boutique fitness chains, and worked in the technology practice at Deloitte consulting. Ian received his degree in Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he was a nationally ranked Track & Field athlete, and where he regularly guest lectures on Entrepreneurship.
