James Webster

Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations/CISO, ManTech

James Webster serves as ManTech’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), responsible for setting the company’s vision, strategy and protection programs to safeguard ManTech’s information assets, network and technologies. 

Mr. Webster is an information security leader with an extensive background in the dynamic discipline of information security, including strategic planning and development of enterprise information security programs and development of strong technological security controls. He has guided ManTech in achieving ISO 20000 and 27000 certifications. 

Before becoming CISO, Mr. Webster provided information security services to a number of U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the U.S. Senate and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from Strayer University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundation.
