Jason Huffman

SVP, Director of Customer Experience, Atlantic Union Bank

Jason Huffman started his career at Atlantic Union Bank as an intern, and in 2007 became Director of Customer Experience. He is responsible for leading internal and external CX in accordance with the bank’s strategic goals. He approaches bank operations with a customer lens, including VoC, customer insights and analytics, process improvements and omni-channel perspective, and more. Jason’s goal is to constantly make banking easier.
