Jeff leads VMLY&R’s global customer experience practice – and offering that leverages innovation strategy, human centered design, marketing technology, and agile delivery to develop new business models, amplify products/services, advance consumer ecosystems, and drive ongoing loyalty and engagement.
In his 15 years at VMLY&R (formerly VML), most recently as chief technology officer, Jeff has played a pivotal role growing the agency’s world-class technology capabilities. He has shaped many of VMLY&R’s most fundamental client engagements through his balanced understanding of consumers, business and technology.
