As Vice President of Employee Brand for Massage Envy, Jen Bonifilio oversees Learning and Development, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Strategic Industry Partnerships and Government Relations for the company. Prior to her current role, Jen served as the company’s Director of Learning and Development. Previously, she held several management positions at GUESS?, Inc., and later moved onto PetSmart where she filled both customer engagement, and employee learning and development roles.
