Kathryn Campbell

Director of Research & Insights, Ticketmaster

Kathryn leads Research & Insights at Ticketmaster, the world’s largest live event ticketing company. Her team provides UX research to the B2B2C product groups at Ticketmaster as well as marketing communications and partnership research. Previously she has helped several global companies integrate user testing into their product ideation and design processes, including Toyota, Boston Consulting Group, and Behr Paint. Kathryn served on the International Board of Directors for the User Experience Professionals Association and remains active as a speaker, organizer and educator in the international UX/CX community. Kathryn holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
