Mark’s expertise and broad business range have powered a three-decade history of developing products and process improvements that drive productivity, reliability and client satisfaction. As Chief Customer Officer for Verint Inc, Mark manages the Customer Success team supporting more than 600 global enterprises including Walmart, AT&T, Chase, Best Buy, Cigna, United Airlines and Expedia. He spends the majority of his time in front of customers helping them optimize their digital channels through analytics technology. Prior to CCO for Verint, Mark co-founded OpinionLab, a Digital Analytics SaaS platform focused on collecting and analyzing Voice of Customer. Along the journey of defining the real-time feedback market, he co-authored 18 US Patents in CX technology, earning the business the title of 2nd most innovative company in Chicago by Crain’s. Prior to OpinionLab’s acquisition by Verint in 2016, Mark held product development and creative roles with Performance Networks, Andersen Consulting, VMI, and The Art Institute of Chicago. He resides in Chicago with his wife and 3 boys, who frequently join him in his other passion: building, restoring and racing cars.
