Maryssa Miller currently leads the Digital and Customer Products team at JetBlue where she is responsible for all customer facing digital products including JetBlue.com, Mobile, and Airport Technology. Previously she held roles in E-commerce at 1-800-FLOWERS, Scholastic and Lacoste. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science in Direct and Interactive Marketing from NYU, where she has also served as an adjunct professor.
