Senior Director, Client Experience, Optum
Matt Larson is Senior Director, Client Experience at Optum. Matt has been with Optum for over 14 years focusing in marketing analytics, data mining, client intelligence, segmentation and client loyalty. In his current role in the Customer Office, Matt is charged with bringing the voice of the client to the various businesses and markets to promote better experiences, loyalty and growth.
Prior to joining Optum, Matt worked on the agency side in database marketing, customer intelligence, client service, e-commerce marketing analytics, and media planning and buying. He has a BS in Marketing from the University of Utah, and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
