VP, Research Director, Forrester
Mike is an award-winning sales and marketing thought leader with 30 years of experience in global high-tech companies. He has held leadership positions in sales, sales operations and marketing with proven success in growing revenue while increasing sales productivity and performance.
Before joining SiriusDecisions, Mike was global vice president of demand planning and sales operations at SAP. In this role, he was the global thought leader and process design expert leading a global team of business operations, business development and demand generation experts to create, deploy and execute SAP’s practices for account planning, territory planning, digital demand creation and demand management, including pipeline health management across all lines of business and geographies. Also while at SAP, Mike led sales operations for several $500M+ market units, with responsibility for go-to-market strategy; business analytics; forecasting excellence; territory coverage design; quota setting; and the sales management process cadence of quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, forecasts, deal reviews and demand creation planning.
Mike’s career began with 10 years as an account executive with Hewlett-Packard, Tripos and AspenTech, including responsibilities for new business development and strategic account management.
Mike holds a BS in electrical engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from La Salle University.
