She transformed into an expert on customer experience / client and employee empathy. Leader of transformation program aimed at creating culture oriented at happy customers and happy employees, offering ethical, brand-aligned, intuitive, and innovative experiences for customers, along all touchpoints and during entire relationship with the company.
