VP of Alliances, Upland CXM

Rew is Upland CXM’s VP of Alliances and CX Evangelist.  Having worked in Customer Experience management, research and marketing for over 15 years, he is responsible for CX strategy and innovation for the Upland CXM business and Partner eco-system. Rew joined Upland CXM through the acquisition of the UK’s #1 CX company, Rant & Rave, where over his 9 year stint he supported the largest CX programs locally and globally, whilst building up an extensive eco-system of partners to support the growth of the business.
