Global Customer Excellence Program Manager, Allianz
After studying Economics with specialization in Marketing, Simone joint Allianz Germany in 2001 and worked in different areas of Market Management, such as E-Business, Product Development and Customer Loyalty & Segmentation.
After traveling around the world for 7 months, she joined the Head Quarter of Allianz. She was leading different Operations projects, for example implementing a Core Insurance Platform for Direct Business at Allianz France, managing a team of 50 people at different locations around the world.
In 2013 she decided to work again in her area of expertise and joined the Market Management function of the Head Quarter. She is currently responsible for all Customer Experience related projects under the umbrella of the Customer Excellence Program, including a journey optimization methodology and a Voice of the Customer Program.
