Sotis Dramalis

Sotis Dramalis is VP of Marketing for Asia Pacific and Japan at ServiceNow. Tasked to drive the expansion of marketing across the region by deploying a digital first marketing strategy, he manages all aspects of marketing from Brand to Demand to Loyalty to deliver superior customer value. He is the recipient of the distinguished ‘Best Brand Asia’ award by CMO Asia, ‘B2B Marketing Excellence’ by Singapore Marketing Magazine and ‘Best Marketing Campaign APAC’ award by SiriusDecisions.

Sotis previously led marketing for Oracle in Japan & Asia Pacific where he successfully managed marketing’s transformation to the cloud by transforming all JAPAC regional and country marketing functions (including Marketing Strategy & Operations, Brand Experience, Digital Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Industry & Account-Based Marketing and Mid-Market Marketing) to triple marketing pipeline and revenue results.

Prior to joining Oracle, Sotis spent almost 14 years at SAP. As Chief of Staff he led executive business management, executive communications and executive programs for SAP’s global CMO. His passion for diversity and inclusion, resulted in the creation of the Women in Leadership and Early Talent Academy programs for SAP Marketing globally.

Sotis also spent five years with SAP in Singapore where he held the roles of Applications Marketing Director for APJ and Head of Southeast Asia Marketing. He initially joined SAP in Germany where he worked as Solution Marketing Manager in the global marketing division, and subsequently spent three years in South Africa where he led both the Large Enterprise and SME marketing functions.

Sotis holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the UK and Germany. He is currently enrolled with Singapore Management University where he participates in a Corporate Directorship executive program.

Sotis is an advisory member of the Asia Pacific CMO Council. As part of his voluntary work, Sotis also coaches millennials and women in IT on career planning, executive presence and communications.
