At BMW, she leads dealer management and staff on a transformational journey connecting the employee and customer experience and challenging associates to tap into their purpose and engage emotionally with their customers. She graduated from Villanova University and is certified in The Hay Group Emotional and Social Competency Index, Talent Smart Mastering Emotional Intelligence, and Franklin Covey’s Culture of Trust and Coaching for Performance programs.
