Tony Drummond is a customer-obsessed storyteller and inspirational leader who knows how to win by placing the customer at the heart of everything you do. Serving as Vice President Client Experience at Cox Automotive since 2014, Tony previously served as Associate Partner in IBM’s consulting services division where he helped companies in a variety of industries create competitive advantage by getting closer to customers.
A New Jersey native, Tony now lives and plays in Alpharetta, GA with his wife Suzie and their three children. The Drummonds enjoy skiing, hiking, golfing, tennis and cooking together.
