Tony Rodoni is Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at Salesforce. In his role, Rodoni works across the organization to deliver consistent and optimal customer experiences at every touchpoint in the customer journey. A prior Salesforce customer, Tony truly understands the value of customers and their success.
In his 14-year tenure at Salesforce, Rodoni spent nearly a decade building and leading the company’s SMB sales organization, and also led the transformation of its commercial cloud sales organization and global enablement teams. Known for his ‘multiplier’ leadership style, Rodoni inspires employees and customers to achieve their best.
Rodoni holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a MBA from Santa Clara University.
