Travis Gelbrich

Managing Director, Guest Care, Alaska Air Group

Based in Seattle, Travis leads Guest Research, Contact Centers, and Social Care for Alaska Airlines and its subsidiaries.  His team is responsible for ensuring the organization understands guests’ preferences and feedback about the travel journey as well as delivering differentiated service through phone, chat and social media channels.

Travis, who joined Alaska in 2016, has spent his entire career working with and advocating for customers.  Before joining Alaska Airlines, Travis spent 20 years at Microsoft where he held leadership positions across customer support, experience management and customer advocacy.

Travis graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Gonzaga University and has done post graduate work at The Wharton School and the University of Washington.
