Tyler Saxey is a customer-obsessed and results-oriented customer experience leader with over 10 years of strategic program management experience. He served as a front line practitioner with American Express and Silicon Valley Bank, built CX strategies for Fortune 500 companies as a Customer Success Manager at InMoment, and now heads Foot Locker’s global Voice of the Customer efforts as the Director of Customer Experience. Tyler is a graduate of University of Phoenix and earned a Customer Experience Certificate from Rutgers University in 2016.
