Consultant, Forrester

Veronica Iles is a consultant for the Total Economic Impact™ practice at Forrester. In this role, she works with technology clients to demonstrate and justify the return on investment (ROI) and business value of technology based on the costs, benefits, flexibility, and risk associated with specific investments. Veronica has worked with a variety of clients and technologies, including security, eCommerce, software-as-a-service (SaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and martech.

Prior to joining Forrester, Veronica worked on the transaction advisory services team at a public accounting firm, performing M&A buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. She also performed FP&A for an outsourced CFO consultancy and worked as an economic damages and litigation consultant.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California.
