The Department of Navy achieved strategic alignment by shifting from compliance-driven IT to mission-focused outcomes, anchoring every initiative to top-level capability needs instead of legacy requirements. Additionally, its Innovation Adoption Kit (IAK) and “Accelerating Change Design Concepts” (ACDCs) reduced delivery cycles from months to weeks, while its generative AI assistant, DON GPT, scaled across departments and increased productivity. Along with its enterprise solution, Flank Speed, becoming the first secure cloud environment in the Department of War to implement all Zero Trust activities, the Department of Navy is committed to user and stakeholder trust through improving effectiveness, quality of service, and data-driven AI governance and privacy controls in AI deployments.

• Effectively enable stakeholders. Invest deliberately in driving literacy and competencies to amplify data, AI, and analytics across organizational objectives. 
• Continuously build and maintain trust. Establish and maintain trust in data, AI, and analytics with effective frameworks and technologies. 

Bank of America is being recognized for its enterprise-wide AI strategy, embedding scalable capabilities across its operations and employee training. The bank’s flagship AI assistant, Erica, developed in-house and launched in 2018, showcases rapid prototyping and seamless human-AI integration. Through its virtual assistant for employees, Erica for Employees, the bank has reduced IT service desk calls by 50%, and achieved 90% internal adoption. With more than 1,500 AI and machine learning patents and tools like CashPro Forecasting, Bank of America leads in innovation, trust-building, and measurable impact in AI transformation. Their responsible AI strategy ensures human oversight, transparency, and accountability for all outcomes.
