Douwe is the Director of Customer Experience in SUEZ North America’s IT group. He is responsible for developing and implementing the Customer Experience Strategy. He was a key contributor in SUEZ becoming the only water utility honored as one of 2019’s top 100 digital companies in the country by IDG’s CIO.com.
