Robert is an innovative sales and operations results-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience and a track record of success in sales operations, solution and application sales, channel sales and sales engineering.
Robert’s passion is in building, managing and optimizing business performance across a variety of segments and industries. His expertise includes business planning, go-to-market strategy design and execution, business analytics, territory coverage design and optimization, lead and opportunity management, sales compensation design, quota setting, sales forecasting, sales force automation, performance reporting, and sales management best practices.
Before joining SiriusDecisions, Robert led sales operations organizations at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise in networking, mid-market and small business, state and local government, segments and verticals, and inside sales. Previously, Robert was a sales director at Avaya and Lucent Technologies, where he led regional solution sales, engineering sales and sales operations. He was also a sales engineer and sales specialist at AT&T.
Robert holds a BS in industrial engineering from the University of Miami and conducted post-graduate work at MIT in advanced information systems.
