Shanna Hunderup

Customer Experience Program Director, Agilent

Shanna Hunderup is an experienced CX leader with a passion for creating amazing customer experiences.  Harnessing the power of a constant focus on customers throughout her career, she leverages change management principles to effectively build a more customer-centric culture at Agilent.  Shanna leads a team that works with leaders across the business to better understand both customer and employee experiences. Her work provides the insights needed to both improve the current CX and to develop strategic roadmaps for creating future, designed-in ideal experiences. A quick glance around Agilent, and you will see the impact of her team as the business transforms, moving toward these future CX and EX ideal states.  Partnering closely with the Brand team, she recently developed a corporate CX Vision, and is enjoying the process of rolling it out company wide.    

Before joining Agilent, Shanna worked for DuPont and ExxonMobil in multiple CX, market management, marketing, and leadership roles. At DuPont, she led CX transformation across the company, working with the business units to understand and implement their CX strategies.  She led the journey mapping and persona development process while also writing the CX Playbook for others to follow.  Prior to her CX role, Shanna ran DuPont’s Global Packaging business and was the Sustainability Director for the Packaging & Industrial Polymers SBU.  In these roles, she was responsible for creating the global strategy, delivering the business results, developing customer partnerships, and managing the growth pipeline.  She worked closely with business leaders across the globe to drive the successful execution of these initiatives. 

Shanna and her husband love to travel and experience new cultures, food, and wonderful people around the world. In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking, exercising, and entertaining.
