Stephen Hazard has held executive leadership roles across large retail and restaurant brands including Coles Supermarkets, Pizza Hut, KFC, and now Minor DKL’s, The Coffee Club. Stephen has successfully led property, technology, business development, operations and business insights functions in Australia and internationally. As the Global Chief Operating Officer of The Coffee Club, Stephen is leading the organization to embrace all touch points of the customer experience using data, with the goal of reducing customer friction and creating a ‘connected’ customer, franchisee and employee experience.
