Xavier de Gracia is Director of Operations and Customer Service at Handy. Xavier leads a team of over 90 professionals that manage multiple aspects of Handy’s two-sided marketplace, including supply side marketing, professional on-boarding, marketplace operations and customer service. Prior to Handy, Xavier worked at several technology startups in Asia and Africa and as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Europe. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESADE.
