Initiatives and Outcomes are the rudder that steers the relationship — ensuring that Forrester is advancing the work and interests of our clients. We’re not guessing on what our customers need — we now know.
Three: Izola
Our Forrester platform now includes Izola, our proprietary generative AI model. Instead of searching for reports, Izola enables clients to ask questions and quickly get answers. And those answers are generated from across the breadth of all Forrester research — showcasing the best ideas, graphics, and analysis.
Izola is speeding up clients and increasing the value of Research and Continuous Guidance.
