The Event Experience

We will meet you where you want. CX Summit APAC attendees can choose to join in person, digitally, or both. All attendees will have access to:  

  • Engaging keynote sessions and breakout sessions that will uncover key considerations and best practices to help you deliver exceptional experiences for your customers. 
  • Special sessions, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) content to help you and your organization in your commitment to DE&I.  
  • On-demand access to the sessions post-event for one year, until May 28, 2025. 

All attendees joining us in Sydney will experience one full day of content on May 28. In-person attendees will have access to all onsite content, sponsors, and experiences in addition to digital access to sessions. Additional in-person experiences include:  

  • Networking opportunities to connect with peers & Forrester analysts. 
  • Special sessions to help you apply lessons learned to your own business.  
  • Case studies and opportunities to connect with industry-leading CX solutions on the marketplace show floor.  

All attendees will have access to the digital platform. Digital access attendees will have access to the conference content, sponsors, and access to our digital library of conference content. Sponsor case study sessions will not be available. Digital access includes: 

  • Most Forrester keynotes and breakout sessions on demand. Details on when these will be available will be shared pre-event with registered digital attendees.  
  • Digital-only sessions not available in person.  
  • Digital sponsor marketplace featuring sponsor collateral and opportunities to engage with sponsors of interest.  
  • Digital access until June 26, 2025. 

Registration Information

Registration is open to the public. Attendees can purchase tickets directly on the website. Pricing for both in-person and digital access can be found here.  

If you have received a discount/voucher code, please select the option to use “Credit card and/or discount voucher” and enter the code into the “Voucher Code” field. If you are a Forrester client, you may have access to event tickets as part of your overall account relationship. If you have confirmed that you have an available ticket to use, please register on the website and select the option “Pre-purchased code.” You will need to enter a registration code associated with your event ticket. Please contact your account team or events@forrester.com with any questions or to obtain your registration code. If you have confirmed that you have available service units, please select the option “Service units.” Your registration will be pending until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your service units have been processed. 

How to get approval to attend CX Summit APAC

We have created a justification letter for anyone interested in getting approval to attend our event. The letter includes why you should attend, what you will learn, and your expense breakdown.

Bring your expertise to the stage! Apply to speak here. Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis until all speaking slots are filled. If your submission is selected, a Forrester events representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

Forrester is committed to safe and engaging in-person event experiences for our attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

Attendees will receive an email when they are eligible to sign up in advance to schedule time to connect with Forrester analysts via an Analyst One-On-One Meeting or networking sessions. View more details of availability here. Please review ourdetailed policies regarding analyst one-on-one meetings. 

The Forrester Events mobile app will be available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store approximately one month prior to the start of the event. Registered onsite attendees will receive an email when the mobile app is ready for download. The mobile app will be your roadmap for your onsite experience: You can build your agenda, network with other attendees, book meetings with sponsors, offer feedback on sessions, and more! Most presentations will also be available in the mobile app during the live event.

Attendees will have several opportunities to connect with their peers: during meals and special evening receptions, at the marketplace, and various networking opportunities. Details of these opportunities will be shared in pre-event emails and in the mobile app. 

We want to ensure that all our attendees can participate fully in our event! If you did not indicate any specific accommodations during registration, you may email events@forrester.com before the event.

All attendees will have access to the digital platform to watch most Forrester sessions on demand. Sponsor case studies will not be available on demand. Attendees will receive access to the platform via email.

We want to ensure that all our attendees have a positive experience. Attendees will be able to provide feedback in the mobile app and in a survey link shared post-event. For every attendee that completes our event survey, we will plant a tree with One Tree Planted. If you require an immediate response, please contact events@forrester.com for any support.

Digital Access

CX Summit APAC attendees can choose to join in person or digitally or both. All attendees will receive access to the digital platform ahead of the conference.  

Digital access attendees will have access to most Forrester sessions on the digital platform. Sponsor case studies will not be available. Digital attendees will have access to: 

 

  • Most Forrester keynotes and breakout sessions on demand. Details on when these will be available will be shared pre-event with registered digital attendees.  
  • Digital-only sessions not available in person.  
  • Digital sponsor marketplace featuring sponsor collateral and opportunities to engage with sponsors of interest.
