Michael Heberle serves as EVP, Global Chief Marketing Scientist for Kinesso – a Marketing Intelligence Engine for IPG where he oversees the organization’s Marketing Sciences practice.

Kinesso makes marketing smarter, faster and more efficient. Michael guides his organization in supporting this mission by combining the best of Marketing Analytics and Data Science approaches to help clients improve Marketing ROI through effective planning and optimization.

As Chief Marketing Scientist, Michael helps clients and agencies with data strategy, audience creation and holistic media ROI optimization. With a 20+ year track record of growing client business, fostering top talent, and driving innovation, Michael is an analytical thought-leader and has developed deep expertise in areas such as data strategy, data science, and marketing analytics.

Earlier in his career, Michael worked at Nielsen, IRI, and GfK in various analytics and product leadership roles – both in the U.S. and Europe – gaining broad expertise in a variety of industries. Michael holds the title of Diplomkaufmann from the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany. He resides in Lakeview, Chicago with his wife, two kids and dog and enjoys biking, beach volleyball and European football.
