I’m Steph, the newest member of Forrester’s B2C martech research team. I’ve been at Forrester for four years, first as a research associate and most recently as a researcher on the B2C marketing team. I’ve supported Forrester’s research on agencies, corporate values, marketing measurement, privacy, and social marketing, to name a few.
In my new role as analyst, I’ll be kicking off my research agenda with a marketing resource management Now Tech (formerly known as a vendor landscape) and Forrester Wave™, with help from Rusty Warner. Next year, I’ll pick up Joe Stanhope’s mobile engagement automation coverage; I’ll also continue to support Fatemeh Khatibloo’s privacy research and work closely with Joe and Rusty on martech more broadly.
We’re sending out questionnaires for the MRM Now Tech this week, so if you’re an MRM vendor and would like to be considered for inclusion in the Now Tech and subsequent Forrester Wave, please drop me a note.
