It’s been six years since I started researching digital transformation in enterprises. My curiosity about digital transformation stemmed from my earlier research into how technology was helping create winners and losers Forrester’s Customer Experience Index. Over the years since, we’ve published a number of market leading research papers to help clients anticipate coming changes and shape their business for success as a digital business. At the same time we’ve consulted with and advised hundreds of clients. And since we’re about to publish a number of updates and new perspectives on digital transformation, I’ve decided to focus much of my 2018 blog content on a series of short bite-sized insights – Digital Transformation Quick Bytes #DXQUICKBYTES – let’s see how it goes!
