Forrester’s Total Experience Honor
Forrester’s Total Experience Honor recognizes organizations that set the standard for exceptional brand, customer, and employee experiences. These companies deliver on their brand promise, empower an engaged workforce, and achieve measurable success for customers and the business.
This honor replaces Forrester’s Customer Obsession Awards and requires no application. Beginning in 2026, honorees will be editorially selected by Forrester analysts from companies included in our global Total Experience Score rankings. One honoree from each region — Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America — will be celebrated at Forrester’s CX events.
