Registered users of Forrester.com have their own user names and passwords. The password field is case-sensitive. If you are copying and pasting your user name or password into the login fields, please make sure that there are no extra spaces.

Please note: for security reasons, you’ll be automatically logged out of Forrester.com every 30 days.

Manage Preferences

To register as a client and access your research, you’ll need a Registration ID number from your Account Manager. If you don’t have the number, please contact us at clientsupport@forrester.com.

How To Register

  • Go to Forrester.com and click log in at the top of the page and then select Sign up.
  • Enter your email address, a password, and your Registration ID. Then select the professional role that aligns to your responsibilities and add your profile information. Click “Register.”
  • You’re finished! Use the links at the top of your home page to explore our Research, Analysts, Data, Events, and Consulting offerings. Customize your email newsletter and Alert preferences using the My Account link.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a login link, in case you forget your user name or password.

Use the My Account link in the top navigation to manage your email preferences.

Tailor content showing on your home page — such as research, playbooks, and analysts — based on what’s most relevant to you. Under the “Latest Research” section on your home page, you can select and deselect topics of interest.

My Interests

From your home page, click on Customize Interests or go directly to the My Interests & Alerts page, where you can view all your selected interests, delete interests that are no longer important to you, and add new interests.

Alerts

Scroll down on the My Interests & Alerts page to choose between receiving alerts for all new published research and webinars or only receiving alerts for those that match your selected interests. You can also refine the cadence of your alerts, selecting whether you would like to receive them daily or weekly — or completely unsubscribe from them.

Newsletters

In addition to research and webinar alerts, you can also subscribe to or manage Forrester’s email newsletters, such as the monthly Consumer Data First Look and the bimonthly Analyst Relations First Look.

If you purchase a Forrester report online, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please use the link in the email to retrieve your document from our website
